Mix with a scoop of BRO science and sprinkle of "I can do everything".


And they end up doing a little bit of this… a little bit of that.

We call this shit show rolodex jiu-jitsu.


Also know as grappling inferno.

And we'd rather bungee jump without a cord than train grappling this way.

For the true go-getters. Access all the classes and train as much as you can without limits. Daily classes for all levels in Amsterdam and Almere.

Enough to progress quickly. Attend three classes of your choice every week. Available for beginners and serious competitors.
